Return requests submitted after this period will not be eligible.

4. Return Shipping
Couturiums covers the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns.
A prepaid return shipping label is provided as part of the approved return procedure. Customers are not required to pay any return shipping fees.
There are no restocking fees.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing time: up to 14 business days after the returned item is received and verified.
Customers will receive confirmation once the refund has been issued.
6. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items within the same 30-day return period, subject to stock availability.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item is received damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
